The apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen, giving you the freedom to prepare meals according to your preferences. It includes a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A sink, coffee maker, dishes, and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided. The large terrace is all yours, where you can relax in peace. Bedding is provided; please bring your own towels. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron (shared with other guests). Internet: Fast and reliable internet is available in the apartment, so you can work, stream, and stay connected with friends and family without any problems.

The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet it’s centrally located and well-connected to public transportation (bus and train). Two subway lines are within a 3- to 5-minute walk, so you can reach Stuttgart-Mitte in about 15 minutes. By car, you can also quickly access major federal highways such as the B10 and B14 and reach the A8 highway, the airport, or other nearby destinations in just a few minutes.
